About Us

Supporting Wellbeing, Resilience & Connection

Calm Tides Wellbeing provides training, workshops and specialist support that help people navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-awareness and resilience.

We work alongside individuals, families, professionals, organisations and communities, across Northern Ireland and online, delivering tailored support, professional development opportunities and engaging learning experiences that strengthen wellbeing and support meaningful change.

Drawing on evidence-informed approaches, experiential learning and creative methods, we create welcoming and inclusive spaces where people can explore new perspectives, deepen self-awareness and discover what matters most to them.

We are committed to recognising and respecting different ways of thinking, learning and experiencing the world.

Who we support

Organisations & Community Groups

We work with charities, community organisations, schools, workplaces and community initiatives to deliver training, workshops and programmes that support wellbeing, resilience, inclusion and meaningful growth. Whether working with staff, volunteers or community members, our learning experiences are tailored to the needs of each audience.

Professionals & Practitioners

We provide professional development opportunities for those working in helping, educational and behavioural fields, including Behaviour Analysts, ACT practitioners and those developing their skills and experience within these approaches. Through training, workshops and reflective learning opportunities, we support continued growth, confidence and effective practice.

Individuals & Families

We offer specialist support, consultation and learning opportunities for individuals, parents, carers and families navigating life's challenges. This may include emotional wellbeing, anxiety, neurodivergence, life transitions and developing practical skills that support wellbeing and resilience.
