Who do we support?
Our focus is supporting young people experiencing emotional overwhelm/dysregulation and behavioural challenges, including those associated with anxiety, OCD, ASD and other emotional and behavioural diagnoses and difficulties.

Young People
We support young people who are experiencing emotional overwhelm or dysregulation and behavioural challenges, including those associated with anxiety, OCD, ASD and other emotional and behavioural related diagnoses.
These young people may be experiencing difficulties relating to emotional and/or behavioural regulation, attending school, engaging in social situations, communicating their needs, participating in family and/or community life, establishing and maintaining friendships among many others.
With support these young people are more equipped to move into adulthood with the skills to live a life they love, to be able to do the things they want, to function at a level that supports decision making and autonomy and allows for the greatest expression of independence in their lives.
Families & Carers
Young People exist within family and community structures, and we therefore aim to provide family members, carers and other key adults in their lives with the skills to support them to build skills and resilience as a member of the wider community.
At times an individual may not be able or willing to participate in therapy themselves. In these cases we aim to provide their support network with an understanding and psycho social, evidence based techniques to fully support their family member to navigate their experiences in a healthy and supportive way.
Additionally we will provide family members, carers and others with support in developing their own emotional wellbeing and resilience, enabling them to be better equipped to both support and advocate for their loved one.
The Community
We support the wider community through trainings and workshops that provide the opportunity for those attending to develop awareness and acceptance of the challenges faced and how young people and families can be supported.
When members of the community understand how to effectively respond to and interact with the individual and their families, those impacted experience even better outcomes, becoming thriving members of the community themselves.
Additionally, we provide training on promoting neuro-affirming practice within settings, being an advocate for your loved one and the importance of developing your own emotional wellbeing.
