What support do we offer?

We provide support through tailored 1:1 therapy and consultation, peer support workshops and training events for young people, their families and the wider community.

Find out more about what we offer below.

1:1 Therapy & Consultation

Individualised, evidence-based therapy and consultation provided in-person or online. With an emphasis on tailored, compassionate and values-led support, our consultants work with you and/or your child to help them navigate their challenges.

With our young people we focus on building trusting relationships, with an emphasis on compassion and assent at all stages. Therapy encompasses a wide range of play and creative activities alongside talking to develop flexible and adaptable skills to enable them to be their best.

For parents we focus on building flexible, values-led parenting skills alongside psycho-educative strategies for a better understanding of their child’s challenges. We also work on how they can support their child to develop their own skills.

Peer Support Workshops

We provide small group, peer support workshops for young people and for parents. Meet with others experiencing similar challenges while learning how best to support yourself or your child to find more joy and opportunities in life.

Workshops are typically a series of 2hr sessions held over 4-6 weeks.

Workshop topics include

  • Supporting my Anxious Child

  • Flexible & Values-Led Parenting

  • Living with OCD

  • Embracing my Neurodiversity

  • Managing Anxiety through Creativity

Workshops will be advertised on our social media pages.

Training Events

We increase community learning and support by providing workshops for those involved in community and voluntary organisations, for those working in the education and health care sectors and other professionals who serve young people experiencing emotional and/or behavioural challenges.
